Tracy J. Carlin began working for LifeLine Vascular Access upon completion of his BS degree in Medical Imaging and helped to open the Tulsa Center in 2008. During his time at the Tulsa center, Tracy also attended St. Gregory’s University in Tulsa and received his MS Management. Tracy left LifeLine in 2010 to return with his family to the Netherlands where he worked as a staff technologist in a hospital near Rotterdam. Upon his return to the US in 2013 Tracy was rehired by LifeLine Vascular Access as the new Center Manager at the Dallas facility, Dallas Vascular Center (DVC) where he is currently employed. Under Tracy’s leadership and the team’s outstanding performance, DVC has grown tremendously over the last two years. The end of 2015 saw nearly 17% growth over 2014 and 2016 continues the pattern. Tracy’s duties as manager are also supplemented with working as x-ray tech and, when needed, scrub tech. He is also currently consulting with the University of Belize and Belize Ministry of Health in developing the country’s first Radiology Technology training program which will be an Associates level degree. Tracy has been asked to remain as a consultant for the program for the long term.
